  • 250 g sour cream
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Ingredients

Directions

Prepare the meat

  1. Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Massage it with your fingers and place it on a preheated grill brushed with olive oil.
  2. Grill the meat for a few minutes on each side to get some crust and color, then put it back on the chopping surface.
  3. Heat a pan with a small amount of olive oil over the fire.
  4. While the pan is heating, cut the meat into small pieces with red onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Season everything with salt and black pepper.
  5. Add the red onion to the heated pan and fry it for a few seconds.
  6. Then add the mushrooms and cook until they are soft.
  7. Add the meat pieces at the end and continue cooking and stirring until the meat is cooked. Add some water to the pan to soften the meat and speed up the cooking process.

Prepare the potatoes

  1. Wash the potato if needed and cut a pocket on the top.
  2. Cut the cheese into smaller pieces that will fit in the potato.
  3. Add the cheese to the potato pocket together with some butter, fold it in aluminum foil, and place it to cook in the fire.

Make the sour cream salad

  1. Chop the garlic into small pieces.
  2. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and the onion into thin half-circles.
  3. Add the chopped ingredients in a bowl together with the sour cream.
  4. Season with olive oil, salt, and black pepper, and stir until everything is well combined.

Layer the sandwich

  1. Take the bread from the grill and add a few lettuce leaves inside.
  2. Add the meat and the previously chopped tomato and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and cover with the other half of the bread.

Serve and enjoy

The potatoes should be cooked by now, so take them out of the fire, unwrap the aluminum foil, and serve them together with the sandwich and the sour cream salad.
